I started my company, Revenge MD, to inspire women and men alike to change and improve their self-esteem.
Established in 2000, Revenge MD began as a weightless center. It did not take long for Revenge MD to grow and begin to include Aesthetics with the approval of Botox. Since then, we have become the Industry Leader in PDO Threads! We have also added many other services as requested, such as Injectables, anti-Aging, Wellness, IV Therapy, and much more!
TARA LORENT
OPERATIONS MANAGER:
Originally from Pittsburgh, PA. Graduating from Duquesne University with degrees in Business Management as well as Marketing. No matter where I went, I kept coming back to something in the Beauty field. Aesthetics has always been a passion of mine, from when I became an aesthetician, to account executive for various aesthetic brands, to now... Bringing out the best in patients is an amazing feeling that drives me to keep looking for the latest and greatest in Cosmetic/Aesthetic services to add to the Revenge MD portfolio.
When I’m not in the office, me and my husband can be found building rock crawlers, camping, overlanding, and sometimes I help him out in his welding/blacksmithing shop! We are animal lovers, so spoiling our fur baby, Matty (our Maine Coon Cat) and our Bearded Dragon consumes a lot of our time.

Throughout the course of my career I have found extreme joy in caring for a diverse population of clients and I have become a skilled provider in primary health care services including subspecialties in family, pediatrics and women's health with an emphasis in cosmetic and hormonal injections. It is an incredible privilege to serve the community by providing individualized health solutions. My goal is to assist my patients to age healthier and live happier. CERTIFIED AESTHETIC INJECTOR:
I completed MY Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Nevada, Reno. For the first 15 years of my nursing career I gained experience working in medical/surgical settings and psych units while I had another part time profession as a high flying aerial performer.
I found my dream job with RevengeMD as a cosmetic injector 5 years ago and dove into it full time! In my my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and her doggy, yoga and otherwise hanging upside down performing.

I am originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, carry a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and has been a registered nurse for over 20 years.
My interests include hiking, reading, and watching horror movies: )

WEIGHT LOSS & WELLNESS COACH:
I am The Weight Loss Health and Wellness Coach at Revenge MD. I have 35 years of experience with diet and nutrition training. I am well versed in different diet plans that help to aid in the prevention of many serious health issues and concerns.
My passion has always been to help my patients with healthy and satisfying food options and recipes that make it fun and easy to make the nessacary changes to live a happy and healthy lifestyle without feeling deprived.
LAURIE ANN
CERTIFIED AESTHETIC INJECTOR:
I have been a practicing Medical Esthetician for 8 years. I am a Laser Tech, Venipuncturist, and Medical Assistant. I have extensive training in Micro needling with PRP and Stem Cells as well as IPL and Frax lasers. I love aesthetics and all things anti-aging. My specialty’s include creating symmetry in the face and body by providing balance and helping to assess the shadows. I am happy to answer questions and provide guidance for your future treatments. My passions include studying ethnobotany, gardening in the nude, camping, and taking walks in nature.
